Resources and Guidelines for Proposals to the Committee
We anticipate that proposals for proxy votes will be submitted in the Spring proxy season. Members of the Yale Community interested in proxy issues will find reports by Investor Responsibility Research Center [IRRC] available in the Yale Social Science Library on request.Throughout the proxy season the ACIR will entertain well-researched and focused proposals on proxy issues. The committee welcomes thoughtful recommendations from the Yale Community regarding guidelines for voting and comments on specific issues.
